Read product description and related details carefully before making any purchase decision. If product was returned simply because of change of mind, return shipping cost will be customer’s own responsibility. We will refund the price of the original order except the shipping cost, once we receive the product in good condition. However, all markdown sales are final and not refundable for such reason. Products returned must be unworn and in good condition. Otherwise, any observed damage will result in a partial charge from the total refund amount.
U.S. Returns & Exchanges
For any purchase placed within the U.S., if the product is reported as not work as described, and further evidence are identified by our engineer & tech support team, we will ship certain parts (for example, battery, solar panel, PCB, etc.) depend on each case on our cost, or charge reasonable cost for raw materials & shipping & handling efforts.
If the product is identified as defective unit based on our engineer & tech support team’s troubleshooting process, and the order is under 1-year manufacturer warranty, a prepaid return label for a refund or exchange (depend on customer’s decision) will be provided from our end. If customer want to exchange to other product with higher price, we will charge the price difference and issue exchange; if customer want to exchange to other product with lower price, we will waive the shipping cost from our warehouse to your destination.
International Returns & Exchanges
Shipping cost will not be included from our end for international returns & exchange. We will refund the price of the original order excluding shipping cost once we received returned units in good conditions. For exchange, shipping cost will be customer’s responsibility.
