First and foremost, we are deeply appreciated for your business and support, and will try our best to ensure the product can be delivered to your hand in a smooth and efficient manner. Normally, we will process order within 24 hours after your order been placed. For orders placed on Friday to Sunday, we will process order on the upcoming Monday in our earliest capacity. Since we receive large volumes of orders every day, please allow 1 business day for orders to be processed. Tracking numbers and related details are automatically sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive the tracking numbers within 1 business day. Shipping rates are based on weight, size, destination, and carriers, and we charge you only what we pay.

For customers within the U.S.

Customers within the U.S. may choose from USPS, FedEx, and UPS. All shipments to PO boxes will be shipped via USPS. Domestic shipments are estimated to take 5-10 business days in transit. Complications with delivery, include but not limit to, unexpected delay, package loss, parcel theft, and so on, are normally rare, but please contact the shipping carrier to handle these issues if it happens. Once the shipment has left our facilities, we are unable to offer any guarantee or assistance except contacting with shipping carriers for more details (which can also be handled by customers themselves). We are not responsible for any delays caused by bad weather, nature disaster, acts of god, the post office or lost packages due to address errors.

For International Customers

International customers may choose from a range of shipping options but shipping cost will not be covered by us, instead, shipping cost will be added to your order. For international packages, it’s estimated that 5-20 business days (could be longer) are needed in transit and delivery; however, faster options are available, but requires extra cost. Complications with delivery, include but not limit to, unexpected delay, package loss, parcel theft, and so on, are normally rare, but please contact the shipping carrier to handle these issues if it happens. Once the shipment has left our facilities, we are unable to offer any guarantee or assistance except contacting with shipping carriers for more details (which can also be handled by customers themselves). Duties and Taxes

Duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility and will be due at the time of delivery. Your package will be returned to us if you do not pay the fee, in such case, we will only refund you the cost of the order excluding shipping cost and other related cost that might be generated from the whole transaction process.
