Return Conditions

Read product description and related details carefully before making any purchase decisions. If product was returned because of a change of mind, return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
Products returned must be unused and in good condition. We will refund the price of the original order minus the shipping cost, after the order is received and inspected. 
Any observed damage will result in a partial charge from the total refund amount. All markdown sales are final and not refundable. 

U.S. Returns & Exchanges

For any purchases placed within the U.S.;

If the product is reported as "not functioning as described", and evidence is identified by our engineers & tech support team, we will ship replacement parts (i.e. batteries, solar panels, PCB, etc.) either at our cost or at a reasonable cost (for raw materials & shipping & handling efforts), depending on each case.

If the product is identified as a defective unit, based on our engineer & tech support team’s troubleshooting process, and the order is under the 1-year manufacturer warranty; a prepaid return label for a refund or exchange (depending on customer’s preference) will be provided.

If the customer wants to exchange for another product at a higher price, we will charge the price difference and issue the exchange. If the customer wants to exchange to another product with lower price, we will waive the shipping cost from our warehouse.

International Returns & Exchanges

Shipping cost is not included for any international returns & exchanges.

Once we have received and inspected the return to verify its condition, we will refund the price of the original order minus the shipping cost.

For exchanges, shipping cost will be customer’s responsibility.
